Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ODRIDES we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience when renting our bikes. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel the booking the refund would be made as per the following schedule:

  • Less than 48hrs before the scheduled date of Hire - No refund
  • More than 48hrs before the scheduled date of Hire - 25% to 50% refund depending on bike.
  • If we cancel the booking due to break down, non-availability of the bike or any other reason then, we provide 100% refund of the rentals received. If a confirmed Item/bike is unavailable post confirmation of the order, we will inform you of such unavailability, however there would be times when such an information would not be possible due to fact its beyond our control.
  • To complete your refund, we require a receipt or a message or any other proof of successful booking.

Refunds for Unused Rental Period:

  • If a customer returns the bike before the end of the rental period, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the rental period.

Damaged or Malfunctioning Equipment:

  • If a bike is found to be damaged or malfunctioning upon rental pickup, customers must notify us immediately.
  • We will either provide a replacement bike or issue a refund for the rental period affected by the equipment issue.

Inclement Weather:

  • In the event of inclement weather that prevents safe bike riding, customers may request a refund for their rental.
  • Refunds due to inclement weather will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Once after you apply for a refund it takes minimum of 7-10 working days’ time to process & the refund will be credited.

No-Show Policy:

  • Customers who fail to pick up their reserved bike rental without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.

Terms & Conditions

  • The rider needs to present a valid Driving License at the time of picking up the vehicle. At the time of pick up of vehicle Original ID proof (Voter ID/Aadhaar Card/Passport) of the rider needs to be submitted.
  • Your safety is our priority. From sanitizing all bikes before every use, to extensive on-ground safety measures, your rides with ONN will always be safe and reliable. We also offer helmets on-demand.
  • Sufficient fuel will be provided with the vehicle to reach the nearest Petrol station.
  • The customer is liable to pay Service charges as per authorized Service Center, In case of damage to the vehicle.
